The Camper Information forms provided below need to be turned in by each camper applicant wishing to attend. Please print out each one, review it thoroughly, complete it and return it with your application. Remember the deadline is June 15, 2009. (Take a $15 discount if your application is mailed to us by June 1st!!)

Would you like to serve the youth at Camp Buckeye?? We'd love to have you on our staff! In fact, we can't run camp without your volunteer service. If you would like to serve in this way, please feel free to send in an application. The Staff Information forms provided below need to be turned in by each staff applicant wishing to serve. Please print out each one, review it thoroughly, complete it and return it with your application. Staff positions are limited, so be sure to get your application in early! (If you have served on the staff of Camp Buckeye in the past and have already filed a “Sexual Misconduct Policy Form”, you do not need to file another one.)
